Tips for scheduling across time zones
Change the time in any row and every other city updates automatically — the times always refer to the same moment. Green rows fall within typical working hours (08:00–18:00), while amber, orange, grey, and rose flag early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
When you’ve found a slot, expand Add to calendar to create the event in Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar. The event is stored as a single moment in time, so each participant sees it correctly in their own calendar, with daylight saving time already accounted for.
